We only carry top quality goods, and take the greatest care in ensuring your expectations are met. Should the product you order fail to meet your expectations for any reason, we have a signature warranty called the "we'll make it right warranty". If you have a problem with our products, we'll do our level best to make it right by you, full stop.

Orders are processed and dispatched when payment received, please expect delivery delays during Covid.

The goods are covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act.  If the goods arrive damaged or in an unacceptable condition, we will replace them in full.  If an order is cancelled before the goods are roasted, or packaged and sent, a full refund will be given.

All prices are in N.Z. Dollars.  There is no overseas delivery.

If you find that the product you purchased from Global Coffee does not meet your expectations, please email us immediately so we can advise you of the best course of action for warranty service. All claims regarding Fresh Roasted Coffee must be made within 7 days of dispatch, as coffee begins to deteriate after that time. Send your email to info@globalcoffee.co.nz
