Best with a darker roast to bring out the rich syrup like Blegian chocolate character.  Known as a hard bean it takes a little longer to roast.  The SHB ROBLE Arabica beans are cultivated by small producers, mainly over what is a volcanic range with soil made of metamorphic rock which makes the coffee balanced and rich of body.
